Here are the various holders for the various Carclo Optics:

#10012: Carclo black circular (cylindrical) holder for 20mm diameter optics.

This is essentially identical to the regular Luxeon optics holder, and can be used interchangeably with the OEM one.. The NX lenses will fit in these, and the Carclo lenses will fit in the OEM circular holders.

These will work with any of the Luxeon Star boards, from the old light green square ones that came with the first 1 watt products, to the newer 3 & 5 watt boards.

These should also be the easiest to use with bare emitters; just put a dab of adhesive on your heat sink and stick this on, and snap the lens in.

#10026 : BLACK Hexagonal holder for Carclo 20 mm optics, on 1 watt Luxeon Star boards.

While these are designed for use with the one watt star boards, they can be modified to use with bare emitters or with 3 & 5 watt boards with a little work with an xacto knife or a Dremel type tool.... Of course, it would be better to use the holder designed for your particular board.

Clear Hexagonal holder for 20 mm optics, on 1watt Star boards.

While these are designed for use with the one watt star boards, they can be modified to use with bare emitters or with 3 & 5 watt boards with a little work with an xacto knife or a Dremel type tool, although it would be better to use the more universal circular holder or the ones designed for the LED board you are using.  Same sizes as 10026 above.

 

#10041:  Triple holder for three 20mm optics; Black

These fit inside a C or D M@glight head with room to spare, or you can use them for really powerful custom designs:
If you are going for "throw" use a 6 degree optic in all three holes.
If you want throw AND coverage use one or two of the 6s, and a 25 degree;
Or a 6, a 15 and a 6X25 linear, etc..
or for a bright semi-directional area light, use all 25 degrees.
Very flexible, use your imagination!

While these are designed for use with the three or five watt LED Star boards, they can be modified to use with bare emitters or with one watters with a little work with an xacto knife or a Dremel type tool.

But, it is better to use the one designed for the LED you are using. ;-)

 #10077: WHITE holder for 26.6mm optics, using 3 or 5 Watt Star Luxeons.

Same as # 10076 above, except white in color.
